Metra is issuing an Addendum No. 1 for CREATE EW2 Metra Rock Island Bridge Raise

Metra is issuing an Addendum No. 1 for Construction Services for the CREATE EW2 Metra Rock Island Bridge 87 at 79th Street Bridge Raise Construction Project in Chicago, Illinois. Generally, the project consists of modifying and raising selected spans of the Rock Island Bridge 87 at MP RID 8.71 to provide additional clearance for Norfolk Southern and Belt Railway Company tracks near the bridge 87.

This addendum is issued to clarify, correct, amend, add and / or delete certain words, phrases, sentences or paragraphs in Metra's Invitation for Bid No. 93944.  To download the complete addendum package, go to www.metra.com under the Main Menu Section, Business Opportunities and Resources, Purchasing & Procurement, and Invitation for Bids. Company registration is required to download all bid packages.

Changes to the bid due date are as follows:

From: February 15, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (LPT)

To: February 28, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. (LPT)
