An Addendum No. 3 for Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad (B&OCT) invitation to bid on the CREATE P3 – Stage II Track, Earthwork, Retaining Wall and Bridge Construction is being issued. This addendum consists of changes, corrections, clarifications and additions that shall be made to the Bid Documents for the above-mentioned project and shall be as binding as if incorporated in the original Contract Documents.
