An Addendum No. 1 for Baltimore and Ohio Chicago Terminal Railroad (B&OCT) invitation to bid on the CREATE P3 – Stage II Track, Earthwork, Retaining Wall and Bridge Construction is being issued. This addendum consists of the attendance roster from the pre-bid meeting and changes, corrections, clarifications and additions that shall be made to the Bid Documents for the above-mentioned project and shall be as binding as if incorporated in the original Contract Documents.
