CSX Issuing an Invitation to Bid on CREATE Project P3

CSX Railroad is issuing an invitation to bid on the CREATE P3 – Stage I, B&OCT/CSXT Track, Earthwork, Grading, and Drainage construction project in Chicago, Illinois. (B&OCT/CSXT Milepost: DC 21.78 to DC 23.87)

Generally, the project consists of earthwork, drainage, erosion control, clearing & grubbing, and railroad roadbed preparation including, but not limited to, placing subballast, trucking and stockpiling of ballast.
