We are excited to announce construction on the first half of the 75th Street CIP has officially started! Today, Governor Pritzker and other CREATE Program partners celebrate the groundbreaking for the Forest Hill Flyover (P3) and 71st Street Grade Separation (GS19) Projects. These projects are the first half of the 75th Street Corridor Improvement Project (CIP) which will help eliminate the most congested rail chokepoint in the Chicago area.
